We own and operate five properties in Alberta:
- Northbridge Studios – 5007 and 5009 – 53 Avenue, Ponoka – 24 suites
- Westwind Studios – 5101 – 48 Street, Olds – 15 suites
- Norwood Studios – 318 – 1st Street East, Drumheller – 15 suites
- Landell Studios – 5721 – 49A Street, Vegreville – 18 suites
- Sierra Studios – 121 – 2nd Avenue SE, Three Hills – 18 suites
Monthly rent is currently $500.00 at at all locations.
Current vacancies:
- Vegreville – one unit available August 1, 2024
**NOTE: We will consider applications from individuals earning over the low income threshold in Ponoka, Drumheller and Three Hills. Rent will be adjusted accordingly.
